Where Strategy Meets Human Connection
Bridging digital strategy and human connection, I transformed online engagement into meaningful impact, inspiring action both on and offline.

Social Media Leader
As a full-time volunteer for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Guayaquil, Ecuador, I embraced the challenge of creating meaningful connections both online and in person. I crafted and executed a social media strategy that produced over 100 engaging posts in six months, transforming our digital presence into a vibrant community hub. This approach not only increased interactions and follower growth but also sparked genuine conversations, enabling us to reach and inspire more individuals. Beyond the digital realm, I led referral efforts that engaged over 300 individuals seeking missionary services, resulting in a 30% increase in inquiries and expanding the mission’s impact.
Leading a diverse team of 12 missionaries was one of my most rewarding challenges. To unify our different strengths and approaches, I introduced training sessions focused on communication, collaboration, and productivity. These efforts fostered stronger teamwork, improved service delivery, and enhanced our ability to connect with the community. Through this experience, I learned the power of storytelling, strategy, and human connection in creating lasting impact.
